Super Artists

Each & every one of our Super Artists are volunteers who donate their time and talent to create Supershoes for children fighting cancer.

Super Artist - Eleanor

Eleanor

Works in the child & adolescent mental health service team for the NHS but also a face and body artist.

“I wanted to put a smile on the faces of children and adolescents going through a tough time through my art.”

Super Artist - Ellie

Ellie

Ellie is a student currently in sixth form studying art as one of her A levels. She has always enjoyed drawing, but especially for the past few years after being taught and inspired by her Dad.

“I paint supershoes because I feel like it puts my skills for art to good use as it is a brilliant cause, and the thought that they might help a child through the most difficult time of their life is incredibly rewarding. As well as this they're really fun to create!”

Ellie works at a community farm in Southampton, and an occasional barista at her local coffee shop. She loves music and also plays the guitar.

“I paint supershoes to create smiles and I find it very rewarding to do something kind for somebody else. The ability to make someone’s day a little bit brighter is a magical thing. Supershoes is such a wonderful organisation and I’m so delighted to be a part of it.”

Super Artist - Elly-Lynne

Elly-Lynne

Yoga teacher working with the Forensics Mental Health Service in the NHS who likes to draw occasionally.

“Painting for Supershoes is as much of a gift for me as it is for the child whose shoes I'm painting! Indulging in art is a getaway for me, so it's a win-win situation all around!”

Super Artist - Emma
