Sophia's Story

Sophia's Story August 2023

Super Sophia is described as a "little warrior" by her mum. Read on to find out why...

Sophia’s Journey

Following her diagnosis in 2022, Sophia has had 8 months of chemotherapy and radiotherapy, to stop the cancer spreading to her lymph nodes. She is currently making good progress. Sophia’s mum tells us, “She has had a total of 5 operations over the last 8 months and we are so proud of our little warrior who has handled pain, uncertainty and chaos with strength and maturity that we did not think existed.” We’re proud of you too, Sophia. Keep on being the warrior princess we know you are!

The Supershoes

Sophia wanted a nature-themed pair of Supershoes, to include butterflies, and her cocker spaniel dog running! She was thrilled with Super Artist Gita’s creation. Sophia’s Supershoes were kindly funded by an anonymous donor.
