Super Seren’s Journey
Super Seren was diagnosed with Wilms Tumour at the age of 5 years old. She responded well to treatment & had her left Kidney removed at Great Ormond Street Hospital. Whilst her family struggled with the hospital visits over the 12 months that she was in treatment, they are now very happy that she is back in school & able to play with her friends & have a normal childhood.
Super Seren’s Diagnosis
Around 90 children are diagnosed with renal (kidney) tumours every year in the UK. Of these approx 80 are Wilms' tumour. Find out more about Wilms Tumour
The Supershoes
Super Seren’s Supershoes design included a Glitter Force Character, Disney Princess Moana, a tidal wave & her name on each shoe in her favourite colours pink & blue. Here is what her parents had to say … “Hi there, we wanted to say a huge thank you for Seren’s amazing shoes. She loves them and everyone has been asking where she got them from.
