Super Olivia's Story

Super Olivia's Story August 2023

To be diagnosed and treated once is enough for one child, but when the cancer returns, 11 years later...

Super Olivia’s Journey

Olivia is undergoing treatment for the second time, 11 years after her first diagnosis. She has had surgery to treat a secondary tumour, which has involved having 2 ventricles joined and a shunt fitted, and at the time of writing, is just completing her Proton beam therapy. Olivia’s mum says that Olivia has been quite poorly during treatment, but has faced it all with great strength and bravery, and with a smile on her face. Mum Claire is very proud of her warrior daughter, and rightly so. We’re sending you all the positive vibes from Supershoes HQ too, Olivia!

Olivia asked for Harry Styles Love on Tour 2023 logo, Grey’s Anatomy logo and the Arsenal crest. Olivia’s mum says, “Thank you so much for Olivia’s beautiful shoes, she loves them & says they are absolutely amazing & the very talented Karena smashed it out the park with the brief. Just waiting for nicer weather to arrive now as Olivia does not want to wear them in the rain ??” Go on, Olivia! Put them on and show them off indoors!
