Amelia’s Journey
Amelia is such a huge Toy Story fan, her family told us she’s watched it at least twice a week for the last year and LOVES both Jessie and Bullseye!
4 year old Amelia was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Laukaemia in March of this year and is currently in the middle of treatment.
Super Amelia has discovered the joy of Playdoh though during her many hospital stays and as you can see, it keeps her very busy.
Amelia’s Diagnosis
Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (ALL) is the most common form of leukaemia in children under the age of 14, affecting around 400 each year. Find out more about Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia
The Supershoes
It’s always lovely to hear about or see photos of children wearing their Supershoes and Amelia’s family kindly shared both with us.
Oh wow - Thank you so much for Amelia’ Supershoes, they are just amazing- they arrived Friday and Amelia has only taken them off for bed since! She very proudly showed them off to the community nurses that came to take her blood this morning, they are awesome!
