Super Max's Story

Super Max's Story October 2021

Max wears his gold ribbon t-shirt with pride and his family is also incredibly proud of his resilience...

Super Max’s Journey

Max’s cancer was discovered after only a short period of illness. The tumour, originally behind his nose, had unfortunately spread widely, affecting Max’s lungs, bones and bone marrow. Max had to have intensive chemotherapy for 3 months, including a 5-day stay in intensive care. In addition to his ongoing chemo, Max is also undergoing radiotherapy, targeting the primary tumour. This began in September. As you can see, Max wanted to wear his gold ribbon t-shirt for his photo to promote childhood cancer awareness, as well as his much-loved Supershoes. We send you lots of love and strength, Max, for your ongoing treatment. You’re a Superstar!
